As a 360 marketer, working with Glo Recruitment was an exciting opportunity for me to use my skills across various marketing disciplines. The client was just starting, and they had nothing but a low-resolution logo. My role was to create a brand identity from scratch, design the website and social media pages, and develop content marketing strategies to help Glo Recruitment grow its audience and generate leads.

To begin the project, I worked closely with the client to understand their vision and goals for the company. I then collaborated with their development team based in India to design and develop a high-quality website that was both visually appealing and user-friendly. I also created social media pages on various platforms and developed a content marketing strategy that resonated with the target audience.

Through A/B testing, I identified the types of content that resonated most with the audience and optimized the content accordingly. I also implemented paid marketing and SEO strategies to increase the reach of the content and grow the social media audience. Within a month, we were able to grow the social media audience by over 60%, and the leads generated through content marketing increased significantly.

One of the biggest challenges in this project was establishing a brand identity that was unique and consistent with the client's vision. As a 360 marketer, I was able to provide valuable insights into the branding process and worked with the client to create a new logo that was modern and visually appealing. I also ensured that the website and social media pages were optimized for search engines and provided a seamless user experience.

Overall, this project was a great example of how a 360 marketer can leverage their skills across various marketing disciplines to create a successful campaign. Through collaboration, research, and effective strategies, we were able to establish Glo Recruitment's brand identity and generate leads through content marketing. The project was a testament to the power of effective marketing in growing a business, and I am proud to have been a part of it.
